Can someone tell me how to get ahold of Lee or Rick I think my disk was stolen and now can not reinstall FPSC I still have the seriel code (thank god i wrote it down) but the disk is gone.

Impossible. FTP username/password is not changable.
Probably you get an FTP access with a username and password in email like me. Try to type account informations again. Use passive mode.
