I've been working on a model for Cash, which I have just completed, but I could do with your opinions, so that I can tweak it into perfection.

So what do you think:

The shoulder look abit boxy in one place(pretty hard to see though) but that could be fixed by the texture so I can't really see any flaws...

Ya, the shoulder is slightly flat. Other than that, it's great.

I took a look at that area and fixed the flatness. Let me know if you notice any thing else.

I really like it.
You may want to define the elbows and knees a little,the legs in particular are a bit straight, the butt as well.
It's hard to say much without a mesh screenshot.
In any case I would create tops for the boots,taper them off the leg using v shapes and make the toes more pointed.
It depends on what the model is for you may want to go with a straight jester or go all Burtonesque and make him tall and spindly for that creepy look.
Look forward to seeing it textured.
