I am creating a databse with mulitiple users with an area for the administrator to alter details of the staff.

Is it possible to order a list alphabetically when you produce a list of files in DBPro? At the moment, the files are ordered by Date. This can be a problem with finding the one you want.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

Sure. Put your filenames into an array, then sort it.

Example code attached. You might (if your list of files is larger) want to consider putting a faster search routine than bubble-sort in place.
