Yes, just make sure you have a DVD drive. FPS Creator X10 only comes on a DVD right now.

it would but I highly recommend you drop the 8600 sli and just get a single 8800gt you will get better performance for the money especially on FPSC X10.

yes if you can afford it but sli is far from perfect many games plain and simple don't support it and on average you are only going to get 160% of the power of 1 Geforce 8800 not 200%(double) in other words unless you have money to throw away just having one 8800 should do the trick don't forget FPSC was optimized to run best on one 8800. I would say go for it if you can afford it but don't forget you can always add a another card later if you feel you need it after trying one. I dont know if you have used a computer with a single 8800 before but i have a single 8800GT and it has chewed up everything I have thrown at it so far and it costed around $220 in american money (bought it in £).

just go with the cheaper one then, but You must be mistake no one is going to pay you 200 dollars to take an extra graphics card...
