Hey guys. Maybe a noob question as I searched and didn;t find anything about this...

I have a level that I want the enemy fall though open floors to the level I am on... I set the waypoints for them to walk to the open floor and they go to fall and than stay on the level they are on. I have tried everything to get them to fall in the character setting but not able to do it yet. Can this be done? I think I did it once beofre by accident and now when I want to do it I can't. Sorry of this is posted somewhere already but I just have not found it yet.

Thanks

TJ

In the later updates the character can't walk off.

...which is a shame. It would be great is there was an option if you wanted the enemy to stop at the edge (as it does now) or carry on. This could be good if you wanted to lure an enemy into a trap and one of the enemies could be "smart" and not walk off the edge.

Was going to take a break... But I missed FPSC!

Have you tried making the waypoints go down in the direction of the fall? Kinda like that way you make enemies go up and down stairs?

It's that 'null space' thing messing gameplay up more than improving gameplay as far as I am concerned.
If you didn't want an enemy to fall of something you would place some kind of barrier in front of it or its path.

Just an opinion.

To be fair, people complained when they fell off the edge all the time.

Simple, don't have edges they can fall off.

I like the idea of setting traps for the enemy to fall into but that can't be done now.
