It's "board" not "bord" and compared to the thousands of topics in the other boards on this forum, 452 isn't really a lot.

For low price FPSC and Dark BASIC media packs.

He brings up a good point though.
I agree in that FPSC X10 should have its own showcase.
But then again, I can see your point too.
I think that the Models & Media and the Script forums can be shared with FPSC and FPSC X10.

They should take the 30% discount off the X10 website too, since that offer expired a week ago.

But hey, give TGC a break.
They deserve a break, after they worked so hard to bring us FPSC X10.

I'm sure we will be seeing some changes soon, because he is right about this one forum getting to full eventually.
Most people are too busy playing with X10 and developing custom media for it to be making many posts here in the forum now.
In time though, the posts will start to flow after we see a few X10 releases.

They could also just use the old boards, BUT like they did in Programming talk for the Programming languages, use tags like "FPSC V1" and FPSC X10". so your post would become like:

It should preserve forum space, but also keep it a little more organized.

I think that now that holiday season is over we will start to see more things come about (such as boards if needed), updates to the programs, and website, etc...

It all comes in time, we need to be patient.

6 years? Far from that.

FPSC V1 was released November 2005, FPSC X10 was started in June 2006(Correct me if i'm wrong, but around that time).

10 years ago, Direct X10 was far from invented, everyone was on Windows 95 or 98.

The release of FPSC was on Sept 22, 2005 (10 days after I joined the TGC forums) but it started with its conception.

FPSC X10 is the next generation of FPSC, not a new creation.
So, FPSC X10 did start a long time ago as Rick's videos state.
FPSC X10 and any future version of FPS Creator started when Lee Bamber sat down and started writing the code for FPS Creator.

Oh, my bad then. I thought it was done near November. Or did V1 come out then? EA was released in September?

and that new generation thing is known, It uses very similar systems on some things as I understood.

I'm not sure about the EA.
I entered the forums on Sept. 12, 2005, right before the v1 release.
V1 was released in September 2005.
EA version was released in ... I don't know, because I never used it.
I imagine Lee probably had a lot of time in the program by the time the EA version was released.

I agree that there should be more X10 boards. It would help while looking for media or screenshots to not have to wade through bug reports and whining.

Thatd be great so you dont have to specify if your game is x10 or not, and also for people looking to test v1.0 games if they wanted to test a x10 game they couldent if they didnt have the specs. it would just make things alot more organized
