My name is Azeem, i am a coder from Luton, England.
While using Dark GDK i want to know if there is a free Shader or Map/Model maker available on the internet. (I gave up torrenting along time ago). I dont have access to much funds so do not have enough to buy programs such as FPS creator or Ac3d

Little bit more about me:

Im currently involved in Visual Basic Online game projects and also create professional websites using php, html, mysql and alot of other coding languages. C++ is a main one i would like to prepare myself for a career in game making.

Thanks for your help and i appreciate it alot!

You can try XSI Mod tool and export it as a .3ds file.

Oh yeah - Don't forget to look for BLENDER Modeller software (Open Source I think) and Anim8tor - another freebie quality tool

I'd agree with that but youll end up having trouble with 3ds files since the support in the db_ engine for 3ds is not up to snuff. You are better off exporting .x from XSI Mod Tool 6. If you need to un-invert the z axis data (bug in .x exporter in xsi) I have a converter tool you can use to correct the z axis data. Use the link in my sig to get the converter if you need it.
