I am only a teenager and I am making games that need custom voice. Is there a program that can change voice tones? Thx.

Many audio editors will allow you to change voice pitch and such. I don't know of one program specifically designed for that.

Are you needing freeware or do you have say $60 to drop on AcidMusicStudio or Magix MusicMaker?

Also, you might look around the web there are folks that will volunteer to do voice-acting.

Magix is actually a very underrated program.

Blows dust off copy... I have 11, and think this all works in 10. Don't know about 12.

In the audio effects, rack you can use the Time Processor to adjust pitch and tempo a bit. There is a vocoder if you want that kind of effect. The elastic audio editor can be fun. Apparenlty it also accepts DirectX plug-ins so you might be able to find a free on on the web that mods voices.

There is no substitute for a different voice if you can find a volunteer though.

Thanks for reminding me how fun this program is.

It just occured to me that Audacity, which is free, may support plug-ins that can help you with voice changing. It's worth a look.

You could look around at http://www.kvraudio.com. There's lots of good quality and free goodies there. More plug-ins than you can auctally use for sure.
