Ok, to use this function, you need to re-call it every time you wish to
update the percentage bar, so for example:

make object cube 1,100
update_loadingbar(1)
make object cube 1,100
update_loadingbar(2)
make object cube 1,100
update_loadingbar(4)
... etc

the way the bar works is by taking the value you have given in the brackets
and multiply it by three, and then adds that amount to the bar. see below
