This is a patch that fixes the arch and hill segments. It hasn't really been tested much yet so it's sort of a pre-release before I put up on the site officially. Sorry it's taking so long.

I've heard that with certain tweaks MFPS objects work in X10 so next I'll be optimizing everything for X10 and including bump and light mapping wherever possible.

For now here's the patch

http://www.uberdroid.com/fastfps/images/MagicFPSPatch1.msi

This will not update anything for X10 just FPSC. And it will only work if everything is installed in the default directories. If it works I'll update the full program and have the patch available on the site.

Please let me know so I can either fix it so it does work or make the update officially available:

Thanks.

BTW sometimes I log on as UberDroid just because of email issues. It's me too.

I've installed it but don't need an arch or hill at the moment.

EDIT: I have only tried arch, but it finally works

The answer is yes. Pure black in your texture should be transparent. Thanks everybody I'll put the patch up now and update the software.

i think you misunderstood me. How can you make i so that black isnt the transparant colour. i have having transparant blocks around what should be a good texture

Yes, that's right. I am the only 12 year old that likes Star Trek! My dream is to make games, so i might as well start programming now, it's easier to learn when you are young...

Well, you could always make the black on your texture not pure black like slightly off. I've had to fix some models up a couple of times and by making it slightly off from 000000 has fixed it from being transparent and it still looks like black.
