Yeah a button that you click "yes" to make a weapon a turret would be great, x, y and z view cone restriction values would be great too. Never going to happen but still would be cool, imagine a mini-gun on a tripod, you walk up press enter and poof you are mowing down enemies as they come.

That would be cool. There have been people who have tried to create this type of thing on the Scripts board. I'm not sure if they were successful or not, though...

There is a bad-looking script for projectile weapons, but the weapons angle cannot be changed and the projectile appears at the players eye level!

I think this could be achieved. Setting the player movespeed to 0, and making a torret like weapon that switches it and when u leave the "torret" it removes the weapon, i think this theory has been used though and im nots ure if it worked

I tried this a while back using current .fpi, and i failed.....

Interesting idea . Probobly possible , but in FPSC? Maybe in FPSC x10 "They" might put in turrets , but for FPSC , however much I hope , it's probobly NOT possible. And , yes , this makes me dissappointed as well.

bumping, cuz i want to see what happens with this thread, and, i'm just creating a prison area, so a turret would be great. and also, to get a turret for the humvee is a good idea too, especially(did i say that right?) with Ply's mod, because then we are able to DRIVE the humvee
