Here's the deal.If you had removed the download when someone mentioned the vent you would have been fine...nothing I could do since the download was not there.
Unfortunately...it still was and that is a violation of the AUP and will be treated as such.
Saying "don't use the vent" instead of removing the download and taking the vent out yourself was lame.
I am going to take into account the fact that you are new around here.I am also going to take into account that you had a chance to fix this and did not choose to do so.

Please have mercy and use the search function.
