Are you sure that's FPSC? The 'game' in the guy's head looks more like old-school Wolfenstein than an FPSC engine.

I'm pretty sure.

-The gun is the model pack 6 glock re-textured with the distinctive muzzle flash and shell casings.
-The guns sounds are that from FPSC.
-The animations on the characters and gun are from FPSC.
-The blood decals.
-The crosshair.
-The media is re-textured FPSC model packs.

The pixelation is probably due to a lower resolution to make it look like a stereotypical video game.
