I'm unable to purchase the game packs for a lack of credit card, so if possible i'd like to create my own amendments. What is frustrating me is that i want to make levels with wide open space but the custom prefabs have no street or countryside options so i want to create my own. Can someone please explain how to do this, step by step since I am still learning how to use the suggested modelling programs?

PS. I would also need a step by step guide on how to create characters and buildings if possible.
