I dont think so.
I belive it comes out in a DB Format.

It exports .X I think, but you will have to make your terrain in smaller pieces, because the FPS Creator collision engine is terrible.

Yes T.ED is compatible with FPSC.

It exports to .x which is FPSC's native mesh format and .tga which is a supported texture format or you could convert it to .dds for optimisation.

I've exported a single terrain mesh which makes use of the full map editor space available with no player collision or lag issues, although there were some issues with enemy collision.
