The DGDK.NET version will follow suite with the C++ version in being released in the same manner and licensing, but I cannot detail when the toolkit will be released as yet. Sorry.

Well, as long as it is going to be free, I'm content. Right now I am not in need of it, but in the future I will be, so if it is free then, then that is good.
