Hey I braught FPS creator ages ago. I braught the EA version then upgraded to FPS X9 however my serial number has gone walk abouts and I need it resent to me so I can install updates.

What should I do?

I was Jacko but I changed my name.

Hmmm...the Serial doesn't work?...Try that: "Serialnumber+5"...

You should be able to email the Order & Billing Support or go here. I didn't order EA, so I'm not sure if I could help you out there, but if you contact TGC, they most likely will have a solution for you.
