Ok, I want to make some cutscenes for games I\'m working on, but I\'ve chosen to not use machinima as it is too time consuming an requires heavy scripting as far as I\'m concerned.....

I just want to know, what 3rd party program would you guys recommend to use for cutscene creation?

The Movies is a great game but its films are copyrighted by Lionhead so no way to go there.

I-clone is rubbish.

Making your own cutscenes in a 3d modeller is the best way.

In got max as A Pass-A-Down...But dont know how to animate...But you could try Callagari Game space Light, Free, Easy, and Efficent, And also save as A X file...which is easy to inport into FPSC.

So Try out Callagari Gamespace Light.

And Google is you're friend, Along With ASK JEEVES, And YAHOO.

Hmm......

Personally, Blender is about as mysteriously complicated to me as chinese....

I'll try Gamespace.....See how that goes.

Gamespace only allows up to 650 polys per model I beleive. Blender's easy to get to know after a while.

Yes, that's right. I am the only 12 year old that likes Star Trek! My dream is to make games, so i might as well start programming now, it's easier to learn when you are young...

It says that gamespace light is a trial but is it a day-trial or hour-trial?

You can't give other people stand alone licensed software, as a stand alone license only allows the owner to use it on his system and not to give it to others in any way, shape or form.

So I like the statement of Bum Fat cheese breaking copyright.

To be honest, I think you're too closely linked to windows98.

//

coffee grunt, it is worth the time to learn how to animate, that way you get exactly what you want and nothing less.

coffee grunt, I'm not great with animating, as I've never needed the skill for any of my projects, but I'm planning on learning when I go to Uni.

Best thing for you to do, is read some tutorials for free software or what ever program you own already.
