3 Dimensional Chat / T3DGM Cartoon Kangaroo model didn't come with T3DGM

I got T3DGM a while back (My very first game making program) and I am using FPSC now but that's not the point.

The title says it, I saw a boxing kangaroo in a screenshot and it said it came with T3DGM but when I bought T3DGM it didn't come with any files involving a boxing kangaroo. I guess this would be my favorite model, if I had it. One thing though... you can't release TGC material so I don't know what to do.

Well, it looked like main char from game KAO The Kangaroo, so it may look like TGC got sued or sth like that, but we can't be sure (and I'm almost sure it wasn't so...)

...this kind of advertising has been done with FPSC EA, FPSC x9, and now with FPSC x10.

Unfortunately, this is how TGC chooses to promote their products.

Many on these boards don't see a problem with using a graphic to market a product...even if it depicts components that are not included within the product to be purchased.

I am not one of them...

I purchased 3D Gamemaker way back in 2001, and a kangaroo is included as a boss.

If you look closely, you'll notice that he is holding a gun, and is not wearing boxing gloves.

No, I didn't mean that model... I have that one. I mean the one that's supposed to be somewhere in the cartoon section that is like a sandish, golden retriever fur color. I got 3D Game Maker a while back (about a year ago) and I was importing some of the models into FPSC (I suppose 3D Game maker is a good first time game making thing... but after a while you realize it's so limited... even though I still make racing games with it). I sorted it out with the Game Creators support and it appears I got the "cheap" version (I paid about $35.00 for it) and the "cheap" version doesn't come with all the models the more expensive version.

...you probably got the lite version.

I bought the full version, back when all the reviews were being tossed around, way back in 2001. I've got every updated, too.

That's not a fix for the boxing kangaroo disappointment. I vaguely remember the image you're talking about. TGC has since updated screenshots.

I don't have a sandy, golden-retriever-fur-colored kangaroo as a resource.

I've got a blue one:



That's it for all of the kangaroos that I have in inventory.
