This makes "Snow" fall on your Desktop, (See Pic Below)

Requires BlueGui, and an image of Snow or a SnowFlake, (Maximum Snowflake Size = 50x50), My snowflake Pic is attached to the post below, (50x50 bmp)

Its actually about 23 lines of code, but if you remove all the rems and spaces, then it would be 20

you could if you wanted change the picture to anythink, falling sheep or cows maybe, but just remember black is transparant.

Let me know what you think

Well, it doesn't really work here... Maybe because I'm not using windows XP but Vista.

You need BlueGui and to add your Blue ID & Key into the code above

The code will attach Gadgets Direct to the desktop which your not realy suppose to do, so i dont know if this is vista compatable, but i would think it would be fine as blue does work with vista

Ofcourse I have BlueGUI ^^ Else I wouldn't be able to actually run the code.

The only thing that happens is about 20 applications that start. But I don't see anything on my desktop...
It must be vista then...

I have problems running BlueGUI with vista once you start using XP styles. Also the setGadgetShape doesn't work like it should on Vista (which I discovered trying to find a solution on your window problem).
This could be just another problem. If you compare the desktop to an XP desktop, you see there are some differences in how they react. So I'd think they just use a different system for the desktop which causes this problem...

Have a problem, solve the problem, and have a new problem to solve.
