please correct me If I'm wrong"
I think you are wrong. I do not think this is an update or change to the existing FPSC X10.
I think it means that they will be coming out with a special version of FSPC for DirectX 9 users that has most of the features that FSPC X10 has.
That version would work on XP and Vista, just like FPSC does, instead of Vista only like FPSC X10.
Quote: "ohh so this only updates my fpsc x9?"
I think of this upcoming special version as being FPSC X9, and not as v1.??, which is how the old versions are named.
There technically is no "FSPC X9", but I know what you mean.
Quote: "This takes away all the fun of having X10 for Vista. So what if it dosen't have the Bloom and crap like that.....hehe..... So now i don't need Vista."
We still need Vista, but I see your point.
This just gives us a chance to make our X10 games backwards-compatible with those who are reluctant to give up XP by emulating them in X9.
