ive been tinkering with the FPSC for quite a while and i have found out how to resolve but the new problem is, whenever i load the map or even use the .exe of the built map that ive made, it always shows that there's a 5 tiled map in a cross with a shotgun in the middle in a sort of pedestal and 2 sprites.

now, i only used FPSC to make a map so meaning there's no weapon, sprite or even AI codes. just a plain map but it fails to give me the output of what i really made. any ideas?

Try reinstalling.

That sounds like the simple.fpm map. Have you been 'tinkering' with the FPSC-Game.exe file?

I had the same problem when I started using FPSC.

You must make sure during the Build Game process that you pick up the correct Map Name under Level Settings - this is the .fpm file you created when you designed and saved the level - delete the level that may be there already before adding yours.

Also under Build Settings make sure you change the Game Executable Name to what you want to call the game exe file.

Hope this helps.

You just have to specify which level you want to build in the build game settings... no need to re-install... if you don't know where to do this tell me and I will post a screenshot for you

After you have selected File -> Build Game... Go to the level settings tab and add your level here... Make sure only the levels you want are there...

Yes, and you must save your map to mapbank folder otherwise the built game will load the sample map even if you added it from other folder on the picture above.
