Nevermind I figured it out. Instead of going to FPSC X10 files in program files you got to my documents-->FPSC X10 Files then videobank. Just letting everyone know in case this is a common problem.

Same for scripting files.
I guess this provides for updates/re-installs without affecting our custom media in its seperate place.
