Well, its not my first animation but its my first in 3ds max and my other ones where a long time ago. Anyway its a little animation about teen safety while driving, sorry if its a little boring but it was for a contest. Its only 2.5MB in size so anyone should be able to download it.


If it was illegal to be stupid we'd run out of room.

Well, it's not much for 3d animation really, just the opening and closing of a cell phone...The main part is just an animated texture.

Modelled and rendered in Blender. Free software ftw.

Yea, but what else would I call it. One funny little thing is thats not an animated texture, it was all added in gimp frame by frame... there's 200 frames of text, yea I had fun

Texting is for when you're in a lecture hall and don't give a number five about the speaker or his message. While driving it's just stupid. I'd say leave it off during driving, but if you really have to communicate (which you shouldn't have to) then SPEAK. People are forgetting how to use their vocal cords in this world.

In the US texting while driving is now responsible for almost the same amount of crashs as drunk driving.
