Dark GDK / i have a big problem

please look at the Attachment
one image is original model (3d max6.0)and the other one is my program used dark gdk

it just a bug?
or
my 3d model has problem?
(polygon count : 4264)

i can't found reason why happened like this

if i using head part only,
it worked normally

Have you checked the 3ds exported model in an external viewer to see if it is fine? Perhaps it cannot be exported to a 3ds...
Try converting it to .x format.

looks like youre loading 3ds. get the Panda Exporter for your version of max, and try it as an X file
