Ok... like after a century, I installed FPSC on my new computer...
Then soon... it refused to run off my hard drive at all...

It kept giving me an error like:

"ERROR, Object already exists"

When i try to test or build my game, always, when its Saving and Optimizing the universe, same place, same time, same error.

I managed to bypass this error by starting FPSC through the CD,
well that worked, for a time, now as soon as I get through installing Helix's EFX Mod, it gives me an error like:

"Cannot find language file"

while starting up, I REALLY HAVE SOME GREAT GAMES THERE!!!

Is there anything I can do?

I fixed the language error... was something in the language folder...

OH.. the value of one was just "662"...

Well I still can't get it to Test Game or Build off my HD!!!

This has been happening for about 6 Months... I thought it was temporary... on desktop.. Dual Core 2.1GHZ

That is the obvious thing to do, and there are no losses for doing so.

I had this issue too! If you have any model packs, un-install and re-install them, and if you have no model-packs, re-install FPSC. I think it may be the mis-placement of files or something.

mostly cause i made some source changes (was not the cause)
and now i cant find the file... and i had re textured many stock weapons... like all of them...

Try a repair reinstall.

Ok... heres what happened:

I completely reinstalled FPSC, then started adding my model packs... it worked... but then it upgraded to v.1.03, it refused my serial the first time, but after a restart it installed v.1.07,
but it still showed v.1.03!!! and NO LIGHTMaPS!!!

but that was fixed with the install of v.1.08 beta, now it works, but the EFX mod by nighthawk does not, and now its crashing, and my ai is not working!!!

What do i do!!!
