I ordered the Super Game Creator Pack on Friday. I understan it will take a while for DarkBasicPro and DarkMatter to arrive by mail, but I thought I was supposed to get the electronic mail files within 48 hours... I filled out an order inquiry yesterday but I still have yet to hear anything. Has anyone else placed an order recently?

LOL, took me a two weeks to get my dbp from RGT, but that was a whole big mix-up.

Of course you're ordering the super pak so that's totally different.
Just be patient and if there shipping it, it should be about a week, but I don't know what to say if it was suppose to be delievered electronically.

I live in the US, and had to order it from the UK (I HATE PayPal!!!). Therefore, it took 3 weeks for my DBPro to arrive. If you live in the country you ordered it from, it would take about a week. Maybe 2.

However, if you live in the US and you ordered it from Real Game Tools, they're currently very behind schedule, so you might not get it from them for a while. They had some electrical failure, as the post at the top of the list says.

You're probably in a similar predicament to me then, Ravenblade.

TymRavenblade - your order was fulfilled within 6 hours of arriving here. I sent out all of your electronic items and responded to your order enquiry around the same time. If you didn't receive any of these messages I strongly suggest you check to see what's up with your mail server or maybe a spam filter blocked it out or something? Email me from a different email address with your Share-It code (you'll know what it is) and I can re-send to that address.

Cheers,

Rich

I'm from california(US), and had to order from the UK. It honestly took about 5-6 days for it to get here.

I was expecting about 3-4 weeks. =D

Rich: Intresting... my e-mail doesn't have a spam filter (as is apparent by the 15 e-mails I get in a normal business day.) But it doesn't surprise me that something would be wrong with it. I don't have another e-mail address.... but I suppose I could register a hotmail account. I will e-mail you shortly. Thanks for your help.

Okay Rich I registered a free Hotmail account and sent you an e-mail. The subject line should read: "Super Game Creator Pack Order."

Hopefully, the small amount of space they allow will be enough. I still don't know why my other e-mail address wouldn't accept it. I was able to recieve the e-mail that says how long it takes everything to get to its location, but I never recieved the e-mail with the electronic items or a response to my order inquiry.
