Congratulations on getting a new PC, the graphics card isn't that great however, FPSC X10 will run pretty badly on it.

I recommend getting the Nvidia 8800GT or the Nvidia 8600GTS!

Anyway, congratulations on a new PC and FPSC X10, you'll love it!

Gotta go with Veron here. Everything looks good except the video, and you should know that FPSC likes nVidia much better than ATI. I've always been a Radeon fan, but if you want X10 to run well, you'll get the 8600 w/512 or the 8800. I have the 8600GT 512 overclocked, and it runs well.

Best.

Yeah i knew the Graphics card was the lowest when i chose it. What is the best nvid to get. Can you please give me the full name of the card as theres loads of different ones.

PNY Nvidia Quadro FX3500 256MB Graphics Card ive seen but thats way too expensive its £699 just for a graphics cards. Im looking for between £180 to £280.

Thanks.

That's not a DirectX 10 Card.

The best Nvidia card is the 8800GTX I think, or it might be the 8800 Ultra. Either way, both are amazing cards which will set you back about $700.

My advice? Get the 8800GT for $300, it's a great card.

Eh, I got my old 8400, and all FPSC X10 games run fine on it

Although I prefer my 8800, it has more nice effects.

For other people who have FPS10. What other graphic cards have you run FPS 10. Like what is it like on ATI and other makes of cards.

Because i realy want the ATI im looking at but if its totaly slows the FPS creator down i would have to go with a Nvid card. But if its only slightly and carnt tell any difference i will buy the ATI card. Thanks for any info.

It's a card for 3D Artists and Modelers.
