DLL Talk / strange plugin problems

hi i`ve made a plugin to return system info it works fine on my comp.

but when its used on another comp you get this error .

Failed to load DLL (1:c_plug.dll)

ive tried to put the dll in the same directory as exe but still an error
any ideas anyone please...

Maybe it's a DLL dependency that you haven't catered for. For example, my plug-ins currently depend on msvcr71.dll & msvcp71.dll because I use the C & C++ runtime libraries and code them in VC++2003.

I will try that, did you just distribute the dlls with your plugins ..

No, I've included a separate link at the bottom of my first post for the distributable DLLs - not everyone needs them depending on what they've installed in the past.

Try compiling them in release mode instead of debug mode if you haven't already. That can cause the same problem

ive already compiled it in release mode would you try it to see if it works..

ive got an updated version ..

im particulary interested in the getvideomem commands to see if they report it correctly .
