FPSC Classic Models and Media / problem with trees in x10

ive been playing about trying to get trees into fpsc, they work fine in x9 but in x10 the transparent parts show up blue against the skybox any ideas ?

Same problem...never checked it again...i think its something about the alpha that reacts to the engine...

Cause i tried saving it with different settings but all failed.

But than the question is!
Why do the decals work etc?...i mean the stock ones...cause they also use alpha maps...

i use entity maker ,its hit & miss ok 1 time invisible the next
