I need some help once again. FPSC has stuffed up for some unknown reason, so I reinstalled it. Then it comes up with an error during the install, saying that the FPSC Map Editor was locked. I then proceeded to click ignore. So then the install finished, so I proceeded to run FPSC. Then it comes up normally, but doesn't do anything. I then proceeded to bash my head against a brick wall.

I am guessing that this is because the Map Editor.exe is locked. Any idea how it is unlocked?

Many thanks.

Maybe the map editor is still running... ctrl-alt-del and check your processes tab... when FPSC crashes the map editor isn't closed... this may or not be your problem

I know if stems from Windows 95/98 but I always found it was good practice to install/reinstall applications after power off/on reboot.
