FPS Creator X10 / Cannot update...

Well: Here is my small problem: I had FPSCX10 up and running until Version 1.06 came up(or anyway the latest version there is). I could normally update with all previous ones(plus the blood and gore) I tried reinstalling but that didn't solve the problem... it still says <<cannot create local file>> (see attached image). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. FPSCX10 works normally of course, the only problem is that I can't update.

PS: My system specs are:

Graphics card: Nvidia8800GTS 320MB
Proccessor: AMD ATHLON 64 X2 6000+ 3.00GZ AM2
Ram:2GB

The problem is not if there isn't after-death-life. The problem is if there is no life in life!
