As the title says: What maps does each FX use?
I know the effects are:
- bump
- bumpbone
- bumpcubereflectalpha
- bumpent
- cubeent
- cubemap
- fastbone
- illuminationent
- illuminationmap
- ripple

but what maps does each one use? i.e. normal, diffuse, specular
