this is the .fpe

I made him in Milkshape 3d, the animation is great, it is a sniper, it shoots me, I shoot it, then he dies, like any other character, is just that it spawns like that. I am using FPS Creator 0.7( last stable version ). If you need more info ask, please, help me. I have been trying to do this for about a month now, and I so close now. I swear I will make a tutorial and post it here. Thanks.

...or you can just reopen it up in Milkshape, and reset the first bone yourself.

Locate the first bone and drop it the floor (it's going to be sitting around the pelvis right now). Export the model with the new skeleton adjustment, and you should be fine.

thank you, but my character looked like it had a an accident in Star Trek's transporter, it got deformed and it was still half way in the floor, sorry. I tried lowering it, then lifting it. None of them worked.

it is because of the new bone system, you need to reset your first bone, or just rig your model up on D13's biped like I want to game
said.

(or bring up his legs and make him a snail)
