You TGC account (Dude232) must use the same email address as you used when making your order...

Due to changing my email address on the forums once I now have to mess around changing my email address in the preferences if I want to re-download certain items I purchased...

If you keep pressing the "Add to Cart" button for the model pack you want, but when you go to view your shopping cart and your cart is empty this means your web browser in most cases is blocking the cookies that TGC cart system uses to tell what your trying to purchase, try adjusting your cookies settings in your web browser or your spyware app. and you must pay with a credit card or PayPal in order to receive a model pack. You just can't click on a model pack and add it to your shopping cart and expect it to show up in your order history for download. And Thraxas is absolutely right about the e-mail address issue.

what are you even talking about? turn down the settings for you're cookies, so it will accept them easier, you make this seem like its impossible, stop being so difficult and actually listen to what we're saying. we said nothing about a folder, atleast i didnt, i said your internet options, inside of your browser, normally you hit like file>internet options, then it will bring up a box, with submenus, look for the one named cookies, and once you get there, if you dont know how to work the sliders, you need to throw you're computer away.

*Ment this post in a joking manner, dont take me too serious with the throw you're computer away lol*

if you dont have a cookies submenu in the box from internet options *some times just called options* look in the submenu called PRIVACY
