Newcomers DBPro Corner / question on include media

okay lest say i use the project management pane to add media to a project. lets say the file is "man.bmp". now if i use that list pane to add the media to the project dark basic will like put a stigma on it or something. and this code:


will return an error "cannot load media". its in the same folder as the exe and everything.

However if i manually go through and add the image myself to the project it runs fine.

and i use the list pane. even if i delete the media from botht he list pane and the project folder and re-add it manually, it STILL gives me the error. any particular reason??
