It ran ok fine in dbc, but it goes too fast in db pro and I have tried everything to slow the rotates down. Tried inserting waits etc.

Anybody got any ideas?

Alan

Cheap way out: SYNC RATE 60 at the top of your program, to force the program to run slower.

Better solution:

Raise or lower CalcTime to set the speed, this will be constant on all PCs.

Rob K, many thanks for that snippet. Thats a very useful bit of code, and has been saved. I tried it in my code but it didn't help much with the rotation speed. But I will be including it in the proggy.

What I have done as a temp thing is to force the sync rate to 500 would you believe and put it back to 0 at the end of the gosub. Works a treat now. Proves that dbpro is a heck faster than DBC !!

For certain tasks, yes.
