I am trying to export a character model using 3d max 9 and panda x file export utility. I riged my character with the default FPSC biped and all 2996 frames work in max. I am not sure what settings I need to set in Panda to export it properly. Also it seems to be in the wrong direction when I look at the x file it is on its side and backwards. Do I need to rotate my model differently than the max layout coordinates? Also when I save the x file the model seems to shrink really small.
I have attached my max file if someone would like to help, I can pay you, or trade so modeling or texture services. This is a model of my son, whom will be in my game.

Thanks

I think you have your frame rate set wrong, there are 2798 frames in the FPSC biped. Check the FPSC downloads site where you got the biped, it has the settings required to export the character. http://www.fpscreator.com/downloads.html

Thanks for the information.
I am still having troubles with scaling. I do not see anywhere to change scaling in Panda.

Ideally you'll want to get your scaling right BEFORE export. Load the .fig file that came with the biped file. Scale your model to this size BEFORE rigging it, this is the ballpark size for all FPSC characters.

Then, reset XForm (in the Utilities panel).
Then, rig your model.
Then, export with panda using the settings on the FPSC website.
