....try doing a search for "Psionic" and "Dog". You should get a couple of hits from these boards.

It works for me. It installs the dog in C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\entitybank\ww2\characters\FPSC_Dog. Does it not run? Did you look in that directory?
