I used to use Milkshape3D to either create, modify of animate models until it expired.

Is there any other modeling software that I can use that has the same features as Milkshape? I would really appriciate it, thanks.

Look at the big sticky at the top of the forum called "Great 3d Resource", it has tons of free and not free modeling tools.

This is a random sentence about squirrels.

And try out at least a few different programs before you decide on one. I would even go so far as to recommend you don't decide on one. Find out which programs you like for which step in the process. Use one program to model, one to uv map, one to rig and animate, etc etc. Or if you find a program that you like for all of these, kudos to you
