Which model packs are you using? And, uh...model packs cannot be used in the v1 demo.

i still have not gotten the cd inthe mail and its been 2 months and your supposed get a download for while you wait for your delivery

TGC offers to let you download it electronically and TGC should have sent you that information.If you need the info again please call customer service.
If you ordered FPSC and you have been waiting two months for the hard copy to arrive in the mail there's something wrong and you should contact customer service.I don't know of anyone who has had to wait more than 2 months for theirs.I live on the other side of the world and it took less than two weeks for me to get mine.
But I AI is correct and even some of the stock models (like the python...curses) are unavailable until you install the full version.
I would check my Order History and contact Customer Support.
