Yes. If you do a search you should see posts about milkshape and fpsc. Basically you just need the export as .x and then use FPSMagic or Signs to make it FPSC-ready.

Yeah use entity worksop and have static models!
No dont, you need to get a random charecter and backhim up(With some Support*hehe*) and then go into the FPE file and change the mesh, it often works for me.
