(what i meant)ok i saw that half life 2 model on fps files and i was wondering if that was legal with all the rigged sounds and stuff

Ok, as long as you put in that its not ripped from the game itself. I would kind of show them the model then ask them if its OK.

...no, it's not legal to use the HL2 zombie, that's been circulating around on these boards, in a game title that you release. That's been long ago established...

I've never created anything with the HL2 Zombie in it. I've certainly never showcased or presented anything with that model in it either.

The "guy that created the zombie" probably worked at Valve and made it for Half-Life 2, giving it the name HL2 Zombie.

bond was the one who made the HL2 zombie into fpsc, like, 2-3 years back, its old news, if you have to question the legality of it, dont use it. But if it was seriously wrong, mods would have said something
about it. and all the mods know 100% that its out there.


EDIT-

plus i dont think theres anything wrong with the use of it, unless you have intentions of selling the game. which if i remember right when bond made it he specifically said no commerical, but i could be mistaken
