Hi 3d photo modeling looks so easy and simple but how????

i have found a website with all bits and pieces of images of feeet and body parts

I dont mean using the refrenece images to model from i mean actually getting a 3d model from them

although i am very morally against this i do remember a program that specialized on making faces. i dont remember what its called google it maybe?

For heads I know FaceGen and GenHead, but they both aren't free.
