The author of Pyro Particle Editor has announced that it is now free to use for your first title. Further titles will cost 99$. It is possible to do both 2D and 3D particles and export them for use in your game engine.

The editor seems really nice but is anyone here able to make a 2D or 3D particle and make it FPSC ready? If so, please write a guide for the rest of us

FPSC doesn't support particles at all.

Keo C: Well, it supports 2D animated sprites (check out the official Sprite Pack 1) so it is possible that the editor is highly usable.

I don't know how to import stuff to FPSC X9 or X10 but I bet someone here does and is willing to help.

Thanks for the Heads-Up, I'll see if this can export to 2D images, (required for decals to run)....

Yeah, but it's hardcoded, so you can't use it unless it exports to 2D.
