Well it’s been a while since I have posted anything here so I thought I would indulge you all in what has been keeping me busy over the past week.

A good friend of mine Graham Fowler (http://www.grahamfowler.net/) is a very talented photographer, we’re teaming up to create a nice collection of photographic, seamless textures for use in any application or development project.

We have a few samples below:

Bundled with this pack will be my latest utility, TileView 3D

Tile View 3D is a quick texture browser which enables you to view the textures ( and your own images )tiled, in 3D space. This will instantly show you which are the more effective textures for your needs.

The textures featured below in the program screenshots are not from this texture pack, they are from DarkBasic Pro and are here purely to demonstarte the program.

At this stage I have no idea how many textures will be included so I am unable to give any price estimate.
I'll be sure to keep you all informed on how this develops.
Ill be mentioning this Pack to the DB crowd in good time.

And I will leave with a question to you all, what file type(s) do you mostly use for textures and 2D work ?

Cheers!

Cheers guys Im thinking along the lines of TGA format.

Also, while im here, if anyone ever used the No Frills Segment maker ( http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=90570&b=21 ) , did/does it work on FPSC X10 ?

Thanks for your help, im still interested in what texture formats you guys value most too.

Yes, Luke314pi, but...
the formats I use are in .JPG format, because I'm using 3d world studio.

Nice work. Also... I know you might get mad... but do you have
any more work on BL? I LOVED that demo. Is there any more that you
can show us? I know the community is dying to see what you've done.
I know you got your prize... so theres nothing to hold you back.
I want to 'see some beef' man.
