I need a dll file that can do streaming sound recording

any ideas or thoughts? Is there one that exists?

you could try my irrklang audio wrapper it can record from any windows mixer source it also supports whatever your sound card can handle eg. 16 bit 24 bit 44100 stereo etc ..
