Can FPS Creator export levels to dbo to be used in Dark Basic Professional?

Yes, but you need to manually copy the textures. (I think.)

One more question. Where do I go to export the level into the dbo format?

There is a tutorial found in one of the TGC newsletters. I will try and find it and post a link.

You actually build the level using only static objects. Also, you need to start the "universe" or "level" at cursor layer 0 in the upper left hand corner of map (X:0 Z:0). You will then use the unviverse.DBO and universe.DBU files with special load instructions into DBP. Of course you can rename the files (both dbo and dbu need to be the same, however) except for the extensions.
