Okay, its not the best thing, but its close. (sarcasm)
It's a speed bump thingy, like the ones you'd see in a parking lot.
Here's a screenie.

Looks nice, actually. Maybe get a concrete texture from whatever modelling tool you're using. Yu get a 7.9/10 for effort, plus an emoticon. [insert emoticon here]

...thanks for the offering.

It does need a better texture. Parking lot wheel stops are held
in place by pieces of rebar. It a traditional concrete texture was applied,
with visible rebar, it would make a more recognizable, and realistic looking prop...

Well, thanks for the comments. It's not the best because I used a template from Entity Workshop (its a cool program) but its for low-poly games or something I guess.

Haha, very nice.

Speed bump? Wouldn't want to hit that at even 5mph.

Lol. Hmm... I'm making a game for a friend of mine, and I might make a free pack of random crap made with Entity Workshop (wooden fences, speedbumps, maybe a tree or something) it seems lame, but it could give a modern outdoor/parking lot feel.

@American Infantry:
7.9 / 100. Whoa. Thats low. That is so low i don't even think Flo Rida could get there - from that song Low? Get it? Hehe... hmm... okay..
