Alright, I'm wanting to create a game where cubes roll back on one side at the character, instead of simply spinning on an axis. To do this, would I create a model for a cube with animation frames of it rolling, or would I create the model and have in-game code translate and reposition it?

i would just have in-game code rotate and move it...

if you used animation for spinning you'd still have to move it with code.

One man, one lawnmower, plenty of angry groundhogs.

You know, MAYBE just MAYBE this is one of those kinds of things that MIGHT be made easier with the EZROTATE "Add On" that's kicking around these parts. I've heard its good, and there is a trial/free version and a pay-for version and I'm pretty sure its for DBPro and DarkGDK.
